The staff was very rude , i need tampal my tayar because of a nail. Then, 2 of their staff members gave me a hard time and shake their head off at me when i ask for price quotation, a simple basic question. They then proceed to jack the car suddenly while my gf was still inside the car with no warning or whatsoever. One of the staff literally went inside out car and leave the OIL grease and dirt all over inside and we cant get it off.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! 😍👍🏻 I had an issue with my car’s absorber, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received here! The team was very professional and took the time to explain clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done. They managed to replace and complete the work within just 3 hours, which was very efficient! The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate their honesty and detailed explanation throughout the process. They also offer good-quality tyres at very reasonable prices. This place has definitely become my number one choice for car servicing and maintenance! 🚗✨ I have always had a great experience here and have never regretted choosing them. Knowing that my car is in good hands gives me such peace of mind. Highly recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced car service! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍

I came to this tire shop early in the morning to change my tires, and it went very smoothly. The service was excellent, the explanations were very clear, and the staff were very efficient. Unlike some tire shops that dragged their feet for three hours and then gave me the wrong tire! Kuala Lumpur has many shady shops, but it also has many excellent ones like this one!

Excellent service and a great experience. I visited during their Merdeka promotion and could easily enquire via WhatsApp beforehand, with a fast response. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful in explaining the tyre options, pricing and promotion. The tyre DOT (manufacturing week/year) was also clearly stated upfront, which I really appreciated. Changed all 4 tyres here, and the package included complimentary Hunter wheel balancing and alignment. The tyres also come with road hazard protection covering accidental damage such as bulging, cuts and sidewall impact, which gives extra peace of mind. The tyre installation was done professionally and efficiently, with excellent workmanship. I accidentally left my laptop bag at the shop, and the staff quickly reminded me before I drove off. Really attentive and thoughtful of them. Overall, excellent workmanship, fast and efficient service, transparent pricing and a very professional experience. Highly recommended!

Thank you, OUG branch Tyre Plus, for helping changed my four-year-old tires. The staff and technicians were friendly and responded very fast, service was also fast. Choosing the Continental UX7 was a decision made for safety, quietness, and comfort.

Excellent service from start to finish. I recently came in to replace all four tyres, and as someone who frequently drives with a young child, safety is my absolute priority. The team was incredibly professional, explaining the tread patterns and wet-weather performance of different brands without being pushy. The alignment and balancing were spot on—the car feels much more planted and secure now. Highly recommend them for any parent looking for honest advice and a safe ride. Thanks QY for the great help.
